Do I own the domain I bring to InfiniteHosting?
Yes. You retain full ownership of any domain you connect. We help you point it at our nameservers, but the domain stays registered in your name at whichever registrar you choose.
How does the free email inbox work?
Every hosted domain includes one free email inbox (e.g. you@yourdomain.com). You can set it up from your dashboard. Additional inboxes and aliases are available as add-ons.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No contracts, no penalties.
What happens to my backups if I cancel?
Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, including backups. After cancellation, your site and backups are removed after a 14-day grace window so you can export anything you need.
Do you charge for bandwidth overages?
No. Bandwidth is unmetered on every plan. We don't bill for traffic spikes. We only intervene in cases of sustained abuse that violates our acceptable use policy.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a time-limited trial, but every plan is month-to-month with no contract. You can cancel within the first 14 days for a full refund if it's not right for you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Invoicing is available for Elite customers managing multiple subscriptions — contact support to set it up.
How fast is support, really?
